Some of us have had a good upbringing. Some of us have been in church since we were born. Some of us have not. Yet neither our past nor our heritage, either good or bad, is the source of our joy or relationship with God. Today, we are going to read Paul’s words about our “garbage past” and learn where our real source of joy is found.
