You may have heard by now that the purpose of Grace Church is to make mature followers of Jesus Christ. In Matthew 28, Jesus gives us the command to “Go!” This command terrifies many of us because frankly, we don’t know what to say! This September 13 you will have an opportunity to learn what to say. Our guest speaker, Dr. Larry Moyer, will address four fears people have in evangelism and how to overcome them. He will provide handouts for you to take home as future resources. In short, you will come away better equipped to be a more mature follower of Jesus Christ. Please plan to attend the Sunday morning service at 10 am followed by a special training at 11:15 am.
Following the 11:15 training, the Grace deacons will host a meal for any who want to stay. They are providing the burgers; please bring a salad and dessert to share. Note: this will be our monthly potluck for the month of September!!

Note to parents: Children’s Sunday School classes will begin that week so your children will be taken care of while you are in this training.
