The idea of lasting joy seems similar to alleged sightings of Bigfoot: 1. It’s rare to non-existent, 2. A few claim to have done it, but their descriptions or pictures are a little fuzzy, and 3. There is a notable lack of verifiable evidence. In today’s Advent sermon, we will study the joy Jesus came to bring us and learn how it really does exist and can make a lasting impact on our lives.
